We use a "blended" approach in our worship services, including Hymns, Praise and Worship, Choruses, etc.  A Praise Team leads congregation and instrumentalists, including a Praise Band [done with a distinctive difference from most today].  We primarily use our large projection screen during the main service, but still pull out the hymnal exclusively most evening services.

For the size of our church, it's amazing the talent God has blessed our people with.  Here's a couple of examples:
