“Reaching the Unreached with the Gospel of Christ''
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
July & August 2008
Eradication of Christians is the primary objective of anti-Christians in India.
Many states even passed
anti conversion laws targeting Christian ministries. As I have mentioned in
detail on November &
December 2007 prayer letter, persecution in the State of Orissa is extremely
rigorous. For the last few
days hundreds of village churches have been burnt and razed to ground. Christian
nuns have been gangraped
and burnt to death. Priests have been killed and attacked with iron rods, clubs,
swords, and
country made guns. Even children are not spared from these barbaric acts.
Christians are assaulted,
humiliated, paraded half-naked, beaten up, their limbs mutilated, tortured,
burnt alive, raped, and
murdered. It has been spreading through out India. State and federal authorities
are silent on these
matters. Please pray for the Christians in India.
We would like to sincerely thank you for praying for us as our family travels in
America. Past months
have been very enjoyable and blessed; fellowshipping with many of our faithful
supporters, being in new
churches and seeing three souls saved and many dedications. Please continue to
pray for our ministry,
health, and safety on the road.
Our youth camp was held at Chathannoor, Kerala on September 10 – 13. Nearly 300
delegates
attended this camp. God immensely blessed the camp with great messages and
classes. Several decisions
were made. Special thanks to all the Churches and individuals gave us financial
support for the camp.
The annual missions trip to Andhra Pradesh is scheduled from October 22nd to
November 3rd. There
will be 6 people in the group from Kerala. They will be visiting villages
conducting Bible studies during
the daytime and having evangelistic meetings at night. Also participating in the
state fellowship meeting
of our churches. We sincerely ask for your prayers for souls to be saved as well
as the protection of the
team.

As we mentioned in our last prayer letter, we are planning to visit the USA from May 2008 onwards. We would like report to all of our supporters on this trip if at all possible.
