Everyone can be forgiven?

Not me, because I’ve done too many bad things.  I can probably never be forgiven.

What does the Bible say?   Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved. ~Romans 10:13

Does God also forgive those who have killed, raped, and stolen?
