There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your
calling; [5] One Lord, one faith, one baptism, [6] One God and Father of all,
who is above all, and through all, and in you all. [7] But unto every one of us
is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. [8] Wherefore he
saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts
unto men. [9] (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first
into the lower parts of the earth? [10] He that descended is the same also that
ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) [11] And he
gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some,
pastors and teachers; [12] For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the
ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: [13] Till we all come in the
unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man,
unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: [14] That we
henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every
wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they
lie in wait to deceive;

be the firstborn among many brethren. [30] Moreover whom he did predestinate,
them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he
justified, them he also glorified.

hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Psalm 139:13-14

Romans 12:4-8
For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same
office: [5] So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one
of another. [6] Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given
to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
[7] Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on
teaching; [8] Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do

cheerfulness.

same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all
things.) [11] And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some,
evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; [12] For the perfecting of the
saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
[13] Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son
of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of
Christ: [14] That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and
carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning
craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; [15] But speaking the truth in
love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed
thee? In tithes and offerings. [9] Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have
robbed me, even this whole nation. [10] Bring ye all the tithes into the
storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith,
saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour
you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. [11] And
I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits
of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the
field, saith the Lord of hosts.

Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we
despaired even of life: [9] But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that
we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: [10] Who
delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he
will yet deliver us;

who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the
temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
[14] Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry. [15] I speak as to wise
men; judge ye what I say. [16] The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the
communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the
communion of the body of Christ? [17] For we being many are one bread, and one
body: for we are all partakers of that one bread. [18] Behold Israel after the
flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?

likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. [21] For all seek their own,
not the things which are Jesus Christ's. [22] But ye know the proof of him,
that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel.

necessary: [23] And those members of the body, which we think to be less

have more abundant comeliness. [24] For our comely parts have no need: but God
hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part
which lacked:

For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
2 Cor. 6:11
O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.
2 Cor. 1:8

1 Cor. 2:3
And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
2 Cor. 12:5

infirmities.
Hebrews 4:1

Romans 8:26

pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with
groanings which cannot be uttered.
